Occasionally products may not be available for immediate shipment. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
Products have a 1 year, prorated, Limited Warranty. If there is an issue with a fixture within 60 days, the unit will be replaced at no charge after factory inspection. Charges for fixtures replaced 2 to 12 months from purchase will be prorated. Order confirmation will be sent via email within 2 working days of the order being placed. If availability is an issue you will be notified of any delays and asked whether you wish to proceed with the order. Purchased items are usually shipped within 10 business days of the order, although most will be within 5 days. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery to arrive. We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to US jurisdictions that levy such a tax. In certain states we are also required to charge tax on shipping charges.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Kits can ship via USPS or UPS.Orders shipping within the USA, via UPS, are calculated through the UPS calculator. International UPS orders are shipped as requested through UPS Worldwide.

You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online websites.

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our RETURN POLICY if your order has already shipped.
If your ViewMe Light arrives damaged, or you are not completely satisfied with the quality please keep the original packaging and contact us immediately at moc.t1432523374hgile1432523374mweiv1432523374@eciv1432523374resre1432523374motsu1432523374c1432523374. You will be contacted with return instructions and asked if you would prefer a replacement or refund.
We are not responsible for any damages caused by incorrect use, handling, or abuse of the product. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for losses of any returned box and will only issue credit/replacement once the returned box is in our possession.
Please note that we will consider the overall condition of any ViewMe Light being returned before making a refund or sending a replacement. Any refunds will be returned to the cardholder's account using the original payment method, within 30 working days of receipt of the faulty ViewMe Light.
All material, including images, illustrations, photographs, video clips and written content that appear as part of this Site (the "Contents"), unless otherwise noted are owned and controlled by Videssence, LLC. The Site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress and all rights, titles and interests are owned by Videssence, LLC.
The Site and its Contents are intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than product purchases) use by users of our site.
